We want to make it as easy and convenient as possible for you to get your Happy Hounds. Choose the option that suits you best:
- Delivery - we will deliver directly from our kitchen to your door.
- Collect Your Order - Order online and collect from our shop/ kitchen.
- Shop In Store - Pop in and purchase directly from our freezer.

Your Responsibilities
- To ensure that your contact details and delivery address are complete and correct.

Please ensure that you make any changes to your delivery address before 7:30 on the day of delivery.
- To ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery and store it in a freezer on the day of delivery.
- Please note that additional deliveries will incur additional charges if no one is available at the specified address on delivery day.
