How to Get Your Happy Hounds

We want to make it as easy and convenient as possible for you to get your Happy Hounds. Choose the option that suits you best:

  1. Delivery - we will deliver directly from our kitchen to your door.
  2. Collect Your Order - Order online and collect from our shop/ kitchen.
  3. Shop In Store - Pop in and purchase directly from our freezer.

Delivery

Delivery Zone

This will show you:

  • Whether we deliver to your area
  • Which delivery day applies to your delivery area



Delivery Days

We deliver on weekdays only (excluding public holidays).


Delivery Timing

Our deliveries take place throughout the day along planned routes. While we can’t guarantee an exact delivery time, your order will arrive on your scheduled delivery day.

Delivery Fee: R92

(We all know that life happens and will gladly reschedule a delivery should you no longer be able to receive it, but please note if you are not home after two attempts we will have to charge another delivery fee. We hope you understand. )

Collections & Shop

You’re very welcome to visit us at Happy Hounds HQ.

You can either:

  • Place your order online and collect once it’s ready (we’ll notify you), or
  • Pop in and shop directly from our freezer - our team will happily help you choose the right food and portion sizes for your dog

Your Responsibilities

  • To ensure that your contact details and delivery address are complete and correct.
    • Please ensure that you make any changes to your delivery address before 7:30 on the day of delivery.
    • To ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery and store it in a freezer on the day of delivery.
      • Please note that additional deliveries will incur additional charges if no one is available at the specified address on delivery day.
