Two Options
We want to make it as easy, efficient and safe as possible for you to get your Happy Hounds. Choose between these two options:
- Courier Delivery - we will deliver directly from our kitchen to your door.
Available in Cape Town & Surrounds (R85) - Pick Up - you can collect your order at our HH shop and kitchen
Available in Cape Town only, from Happy Hounds HQ at 131 Sir Lowry Rd, Foreshore, 8001.
Our Responsibilities
- To ensure your order is delivered to your specified address.
- To ensure your order is delivered in good time.
- Please note that:
- Happy Hounds only deliver on weekdays.
- Happy Hounds does not deliver on public holidays.

- Please note that delivery fees are subject to change at any time, without prior notice to you. Please check our FAQ for the most up-to-date information.
Your Responsibilities
- To ensure that your contact details and delivery address are complete and correct.
- Please ensure that you make any changes to your delivery address before 7:30 on the day of delivery.
- To ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery and store it in a freezer on the day of delivery.
- Please note that additional deliveries will incur additional charges if no one is available at the specified address on delivery day.
